WHEN PURCHASING OUR PRODUCTS EITHER ONLINE OR IN STORE; 

I, the client, agree to respect and return the equipment in the same manner and condition in which it was rented to me and agree to be bound by and adhere to Snow Rental Contract.  I understand that any damage, loss and/or breakage of the equipment is my responsibility and I will pay for any costs incurred to replace or repair the equipment. 

The name that will appear on your credit card statement will be Snow Rental Limited.

The trading name of this business is Snow Rental and the legal name is Snow Rental Limited

REFUND POLICY
Refunds will be made to the initial means of tender.
7 days prior to day one on the rental agreement;  Refund of monies paid less 15% administration fees.
0-6 days prior to day one on the rental agreement; No refund
Refunds on rental equipment will also be given under the following circumstances;

* The closure of Coronet Peak, the Remarkables and Cardrona and return of equipment prior to 10am.
* Proof of injury or illness

In accordance with the NZ Consumer Guarantees Act, we do not refund for change of mind, or if your circumstances change or you find cheaper products else where.

All prices are in the New Zealand Dollar (NZD – $NZ) and include GST. All credit card payments are processed securely by Verifone.

YOUR RIGHTS – OUR RIGHTS

You can expect, and should receive quality equipment and good service. Where we have failed do deliver this, we will make our best efforts to remedy.

Snow Rental and Adventure Group Limited are against any form discrimination – including, but not limited to;

Age, gender, religious beliefs, sexual identity, race or disability 

Snow Rental reserve the right to refuse to serve a customer if we feel there are justified reasons for doing so. This may include, but not limited to, bullying, intimidation or negative previous interactions with our organisation.

PRIVACY POLICY & PAYMENT SECURITY

YOUR CONSENT

By using our site, you consent to our consumer data privacy policy, which includes;

Not sharing your personal details or credit card information with any third parties (unless using a secure payment gateway provider for purchases – we use Verifone who are PCI DSS compliant).

Your personal details are used to ensure we hold only the necessary details for the fitment, allocation and storage of any equipment rental you have purchased.  

Your rental specific details (what equipment you used, height, weight, ability etc) are kept for a minimum of 5 months, and deleted from our systems after two winter seasons (in case you want to hire from us again next year).

We do not store your credit cards on our server.

We do not use cookies or analytic information because it’s above my pay grade / technical digital ability…and I prefer Afghan biscuits anyway. Chocolate, walnuts and corn flakes for a nice crunch – yum.
