Covid-19: Level 2 Update

New Zealand is now back into Level 2. We're still open seven days a week, with some changes to make your experience with us safer for you and our staff.
- We encourage online bookings to reduce the time you spend inside our shop. A sweet bonus is that you receive 30% by booking online.
- When you come into the shop, please check in with the Official NZ COVID Tracer App. If you do not have a smartphone, we have a written register for you to check in with.
- Wash your hands frequently, cough/sneeze into your elbow and use the hand sanitiser we have throughout the shop.
- Practice 2 metre physical distancing from people you know know and 1 metre from people you do know.
- If you feel unwell, please stay at home.
If you booked a trip to Queenstown and now are unable to come down, please contact us if you’d like to defer your rental or you wish to discuss a refund.
We’ve done this once before New Zealand. Let’s remember to be patient with our staff in the shop and up on the mountain. We all want to have a fantastic winter season.
